Hi Tom:
I'm obviously pondering over a project...
If I were to present you with a well prepared non-engraved blade, could you DEEPLY engrave a "Sword of Shiva" on the blade, and place 24 kt. gold inlays (I hate polishing brass) in the appropriate places? I could supply you with a Chitlangi as a model... While you're here--can you also perform the crisscrossing typically seen on a Chitlangi bolster, and engrave a buttcap as in the design seen on my Avatar)? Here's a link to show you what the Chitlangi engravings look like: Zvi is one of resident photographers to be sure!

Let us know what you can do... I understand that the designs are rather straightfoward for an engraver, but I'm sure you can make a spectacular rendition of the Sword of Shiva... In any event, set a bit of time aside for me in the near future!
