Question for owners of Tighe Pan

Hi.I've been checking out the Lone Wolf Tighe Pan,it looks like a nice knife.BUT...it only has a single thumb stud.Can the thumb stud be reversed for left hand use?Does this knife work OK for lefties?Anyone who owns or has handled one,please let me know.Thanks.

Tighe Pan by Lone Wolf is a great knife at the new lower price, but it's not lefty friendly. I am a lefty and I passed it over in preference of other knives that has left handed folks in mind out of the box.
