Question for Phil re: Camp Knife

I have a "Camp Knife"/Sword Brand which I
understand from Phil Gibbs (who directed me
to you) was manufactured either by Kastor or
Camilus. Knife has a 3" folding blade, as
well as a screwdriver, can-opener and awl.
On one side of base of blade are stamped two
crossed swords with the words "Sword Brand"
between them. Underneath is "USA" and
beneath that "Amhurst, NY". On the other
side of base of blade the number "4007" is
stamped.

Can you tell me who made this knife and when
it was made?

You have me on this one!
The "Amhurst, NY" is something I don't understand. Could you send me a picture of the knife? I may be able to track it down in our pattern files & find out more about it for you.
