Question for Sal, or Carlos.....

When the Standard was produced in 1998 with G-10 handles and ATS-55, was it made with a hollow grind??

I'm not Sal or Carlos but I can tell you the first ones we received in 01/98 were hollow grind. I have never seen a flat grind C05G

Concur with John. All Standards were hollow-ground AFAIK.

Were the G-10 Rookies also hollow ground??

Jefroman, I just went and checked my G10 Rookie. It is hollow ground with a small swedge, tip up carry (unlike my G10 Police, which is flat ground and tip down carry). Also, my Standard G10 is tip down and hollow ground.

I kind of wonder why the Rookie isn't tip down to mirror the Police? Not that I'm complaining about that, since tip up is my preference!
