Good morning Sal,
Before I left for the Riddle I had sold a military in s30v to a friend of mine.

He left a message while away that one of the clip screws is stripped and will touch the blade when tightened fully.

Should I have him send this to you or back to the distributor?

I would say forget the distributor and send it straight back to Spyderco. Cut out the middle man and have the job done faster.
