I just posted a question for other forum members about KAI's warranty service. I tried posting the email response from their warranty dept along with pictures of the problems when I found the thread moved and locked. I was seeking to find out if other people experienced similar issues, not leave simple feedback about a product. Is there a rule that says we shouldn't discuss negative and positive experiences and seek advice about certain companies as a whole instead of a specific product? If so, I would like to know so I don't wind up banned for talking about it. There are many threads in the general discussion forum discussing very similar topics, but about smaller companies (kizer to name one, that could have easily been moved to the more obscure feedback forum as well). Did I accidentally step on some toes or something? Again, my point was not to leave feedback, but to seek advice. People asked for specifics and I was giving them. That's not just simple feedback. If we are not allowed to post concerns and seek advice about how to handle certain situations about certain companies, that's fine with me, it's not my forum. I only pay to play. But it would be nice to see that in writing so people know what they're dealing with and don't step on anyone's toes unnecessarily.
If it could be moved back to the general discussion forum and unlocked so I can post pictures and the email repsonse so that an open conversation can be had about a general discussion type of topic, it would be appreciated.
Respectfully,
Bo
