I was told somewhere in this forum you can search for knife makers by location? Any pointing in the right direction is appreciated.

There isn't a location search that I'm aware of, if there is it would probably search all users, not just Makers.

There is a Community section that isn't specific to Makers but is regional

There is also a forum for requesting services that you could use to request a maker service that's in your local area.

You could also just use the search function and search your state as a keyword but that's a bit of a shot in the dark.

What are you looking for (knives, services)?

This would probably be better in tech support or even general.

StayTrue: There is a printed guide for this information.

It's one of the sections of the 'Knives Annuals' and it has thousands of makers all listed by state. TONS of contact info and tons of photos.

You can purchase it direct from FW Media or search on Amazon. Worth every penny of around $20.

I could not find a source online.
