Question for you knife manglers out there.

I was just fooling around with a new Bantam 285 that I have and find that I really like the blade design. The question came to mind is if that blade would work in another frame, like maybe the 112 or something? I don't have a 286 yet but it has a longer blade that might work in a 110 frame.

I know that the Bucklite Max 486 blade will work in a 110 frame, so I thought just maybe.

Has anyone who does blade swaps tried that?

The 285 and 286 blades would look great in a Ecolite frame if they would fit.
 
I wonder if the blade would mate to the spring,if that makes sense.I do love blades that have an edge that drops far below the choil like the 532 or the 285 you have pictured.
