Does your index finder rub on the HEX nut while gripping it. It seems to me like it may. (note that i dont have hands like a bunch of bananas) input and pics would really be appreciated in making a decision. I cant decide between the 300 or the 200. This is not my first ass. open but its been a while since i purchased a kershaw. Gracias

The nut looks like it sticks out a lot, but it does not. I have two for sale here. I will try to get a pic of how far the nut sticks out.

Its a beefy knife. If you like Spyderco's Manix line, I think you would love it.

I really don't think your index finger would rub it, but I will get a pic of a choked up left hand grip on it for you.

As always, Kershaw really came through on this knife.

I have a ZT200 & whether I grip it w/my left hand the index finger is below the hex nut, there is about 1/8" of clearance - I have medium-large hands but my fingers are not particularly thick. R.e. assisted opening, the 300 is but the 200 is not.

I have both models and neither present a problem in my left hand, either in a hammer grip or a reverse grip. The AO of the 0300 is really nice and smooth in operation. Even though, I think I like the 0200 better!

Just got my ZT0200 today. It is very comfortable in the hand, and works quite well with either hand.

I have medium-large hands and thick fingers (ring size 12) and my index finger doesn't touch the nut with either hand. Even if you went out of your way to rub against the nut, it's much flatter than it looks.
