I have a beautiful, locally made, 30 year old Black Bear Jaw knife that I was interested in maybe doing some trading on. I do know it is illegal to "sell" bear parts in Georgia, but is it illegal to trade them?

Illegal.

§ 27-3-26. Hunting bears; restrictions; penalties
(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to:
...(2) Buy, sell, barter, or exchange a bear or bear part

I'm not sure that your knife would fall into the classification. Usually when the parts of an animal are used to make an art or a craft that is ok, and knives can be considered both.

I know you can't sell black bear gall bladders or any of the meat.
