Question on a fixed blade for 200.00 and under?

I think we need to know a bit more about what you are going to do with it to narrow down what kind of fixed blade you are after.

Do you want something like a 9in+ chopper or a 4 inch edc knife? Then there is neck knives and knives that bridge the chopper/edc gap.

In general, smaller knives will cost less, so if it is just for collecting you can get a real nice 3.5in or below knife. Possibly a custom depending on what you get and where you get it

Swamprat, scrapyard and bark River knife and tool will probably be your best bets. Beckers would be a solid choice as well.

Hope that helps

I was wondering what's a good fixed blade for under 200.00 ?

There are a LOT of them. I can make a pretty good list and I'm far from an expert on what is available right now. Becker and Kabar make good fixed blades and you could buy 3 of them for $200. ESEE makes good knives too for well under $200. If you like something a little fancier then you can find lots of models by Bark River and Blind Horse for under $200.

Since you didn't specify I can't offer any specific advice other than to check out ESEE and Becker Knife & Tool.
