Question on a new, unoriginal M-Tech knife

Several people mentioned the uncanny resemblance Cold Steel's Black Sable had to Brian Tighe's Tighe Stick. Well my question is, which one of those two is this knife a copy of?

In my opinion, this has got to be the last knife in the world that I'd think of putting a "Realtree" pattern on!
