For some reason I can't connect to the Pack River Knife website. But I ran across a Steve Mullin knife recently and had some questions on it.

First the knife.

The blade is 3 1/4" long. OAL being about 7 1/4" or so. Marked D2 on one side of the blade.

Does anyone know what model knife this is?

Does Mullin still make knives?

Thanks, any info will be helpful.

I have one that looks almost like yours, with slightly different shape and made of CPMT440V powder steel. 420 steel bolsters I believe. NIce knives. Practical, well made with no frills. I use it every day to open letters. Never gets dull. I don't know if he is still in business or not. I bought mine new with sheath about 10 or 12 years ago. I think I paid somewhere around $100 for it at the time.

Thanks for the info.

Apparently Pack River no longer has a web site. I was trying trying to find out more info on this particular model knife and looking to get a replacement sheath from them.

At a couple of the custom knife sights there are a few Mullin knives up but not much on Pack River knives in particular that I could see.
