Question on Conversation Limit

Hello,

I have an platinum membership and I just hit my 500 conversation limit. Is it possible to purchase another platinum membership to reset the limit? Thank you for your help.

Do you really want to save them all??
(From what I've seen so far, leaving a conversation does not make it inaccessible - it's just sitting in the trash bin... I've restored a few)
Alternatively, if saving them all is a must, you can export them

Don't feel stupid! The current software makes it less than intuitive to figure out how to delete conversations, and doesn't really foreground that option. You are far from the first member to wonder about this.

Do I just select all messages and choose to leave all messages? Would that delete them?

You can do it from within any conversation, or from the main view that shows all of your conversations (inbox).

If you're in your inbox, there should be a little checkbox for each conversation. When you check it, a bar pops up at the bottom of the screen with options, one of which is "Leave conversations." That will delete the checked conversations.
