I am new to blade forums. This seems to be an ideal place for someone like myself that is not extremely familiar with knives in general. I have a question about a knife that I have. It is an EC Solingen 59x. I know what the EC Solingen means but could someone tell me about the 59x ? I have seen others that are 18x and so on. Is 59x good ? Thank You very much for your time !

Pics are always helpful, it's hard sometimes to say "I gotta knife that says xx, what does it mean?" if you were to replace the xx with let's say the word Sebenza well then you'd have a great chance that everyone knows what knife you mean but in this case it could be more helpful with pictures.
