Question on Hardcore small adaptor and bader wheel

I have a queston on my hardcore small wheel fork.
I have a bader 1 inch wheel is there a way to use
one on it.The hardcore small wheel has bearings on the
out side the bader has them on the outside so the
shaft on the bader wheel is to small Is there any way
to put some mods on the fork to take the bader wheel

The only way that I can think of is to use a lathe to turn two alum discs that are the same size as the HardCore bearings. Them put a hole in the dead center. Slide the discs onto the Bader wheel and insert into the fork. Seems like alot of work. I have the HC adapter for my Bader. It allows you to use HC wheels on the Bader. I would just sell the Bader wheel and buy a HC wheel. The HCs are better anyhow.
