Question on listing knives

If you have a knife listed for sale and post is a few weeks old with no sale. Can you re-list it again?

Here is the exact wording from the exchange rules.

10. You must wait 14 days (2 week rule) to relist an item for the second time. Once you list an item for sale, that item cannot appear for a second time in a sales thread until 2 weeks have passed from the date of the original thread. Any changes made to your existing sales thread (withdrawing, editing price, etc.) must be made to that thread, don't start new threads with the same items. Use a calendar if you need to. You can link your sales threads to your signature space, but don't make it a giant billboard.

Does anyone know how exactly relist? In another forum, you did a back to the top reply, and it would go back to the beginning of the forum area. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do this on this forum. I have tried that, I’ve tried contacting Mods with no response. Help! I waited my two weeks.

After 2 weeks create a new post. The "bump to top" feature has been disabled due to abuse.
