I have both of these knives. The Martini was actually out of the box sharper than the Mora but not after both were sharpened a little bit. They diidn't need much. My question is the Mora uses Sandvik steel. The Martini uses 420HC steel I believe. Question.Will the Martini hold an edge as good and as long as as the Mora. Haven't used either enough to know.
