I guess I should of looked better last week at the minigrip and griptillian. I was just on another forum and heard the mini had full liners. I this true?

The mini has fuller liners than the regular. Maybe the information you saw elsewhere was incomplete?

I've seen this before where people indicating that the mini's do not have full liners. I have 4 in various configurations all with full liners. Some are hard to see in there, like the blackened ones, but they're there. :)

Ok so mini has them and full size grips are only partial, correct?

If I'm not mistaking the mini and the regular share the same size liners, hence they are full in the mini and truncated in the full.

On the mini, the liners are the shape of the knife and are about 1/8 inch smaller than the scales all the way around. They are not the same size or shape as the large grips scales either, they are completely different.
Here's a good look under the scales of a mini.

The large grip liners are only about 1/2 inch wide and stop about an inch from the end of the scales. They are however much thicker.

Thanks. That picture and video really helped. I guess when I heard that the griptillian didn't have full liners I pictured them stopping where you can only see them on the top of the handle. Thanks, this really helps.
