Question on pricing

I've been making knives for about a year now and would like to start selling them, but not sure how to decide on the price? How do you decide?

In a simplified form: Direct Materials + Direct Labor + Indirect Materials +Manufacturing Overhead.

So the cost of the actual materials consumed or used up (including abrasives, etc.) in making the knife, the cost of electricity and other utilities directly tied to manufacturing, plus whatever you want to pay yourself for your time.
