Question on Schrade Advertising

I have seen the ads, brochures, and catalogues, but were there any signs, tin or otherwise, that schrade used for advertisements. Similar to the Winchester, Remington, etc. signs. If so, where might one find one?

Haven't been ignoring this post, but looking. No, not that I am aware of, was there any of the tin signs to which to refer. Wish there were. The only thing close is a metal sign, black on white, about 19" by 4" that was used I think on dealer display cases. I have one, got it from Del during our Katrina help out effort (where he earned the Schrade forum nickname of 'BigHeart').

LT.. anything you know of?

Phil

Hats, t-shirts, dress shirts, playing cards, keyrings, travel mugs, thermos, tape measure, Christmas ornament,....... nope, just point of sale signs for the displays here, and of course banners and cardboard standup displays. And belt buckles. And sewn patches. Postcards. Videos. Magazine ads. Rain ponchos. Binoculars. Lapel pins.

While I have not had the time to post some of the advertising Schrade did. Just to jammed up. I did receive this today after searching a long time. The smaller van truck models are a bit easier to find we did a thread on them but these it seems are harder to locate since I had it in my hands I thought I would post a pic. LT

This is kind of fun I keep posting and no one reads or responds since it keeps showing me as being the last to have answered and they saw that so they do not look in . Er pretty complicated but since I am talking to myself it dosent matter. Here is another bit of Schrade advertising that I did not have to dig out so I thought I might as well post a pic. Yup I didn't even occur to me until I just happened to put my finger on it. Come to think of it the whole house is like that. any way here is a picture of my pad.

Oh, I've been looking in and drooling over the truck, but what's a mutha to say? Bad enough I have knife envy but.... well... I do wish I had a shelf of those old trucks and cars.

A Tough mousepad? Now that is another promo item I've not seen!

A mousepad??? way cool! You keep on a posting, LT. I really appreciate this stuff. I like to compliment my knives with such original stuff, display cases, ads, ect. I'm just of the opinion that the knife tells half the story.

Phil

I particularly like the Ertl truck. I have a number of Dr. Pepper trucks like that but I have never seen one for schrade. I agree that the advertising and promotional items tell a great story and a lot of history.

LT,
I too enjoy the seemingly endless history that you have accumulated over many years. Thanks for sharing.

Bill

P. S.
I think trackball is kinda like ping pong...but the balls come at you from a different...er, ah.....angle.

Ok, I posted the white Christmas ornament in the first group, so here is the left one. You can see the printing in this pic.
