Question on sending knife to Golden

I need to send my BF Native to the factory for fixing. Just received it and have some noticeable blade play (my first les than perfect Spyderco knife - not bad considering that I have 10 Sypdies).

What's the procedure? Do I include return postage? Do I let them know it's coming? What is the turnaround time? I hate to let this knife go after waiting 4 months, but I want it perfect :-}

Also, what's the best shipping address?
