Question on serrated blades

I don't own any, but was wondering how one goes about sharpening a blade with serrations on it. Other than very carefully

, what tools and techniques are required? I would think they would take considerably longer and are probably a PITA.

I've got a few methods but after much trial and error found the Spyderco Sharpmaker triangle shaped ceramics work well. Then it's just a matter of developing technique.

Tapered round diamond sharpener or Spyderco Sharpmaker are the easiest.

Anybody tried it with a cloth buffing wheel? I think that would work.
