I remember reading that the Native II in SS is back in production, at least for a little while. Is this Native II still in AUS-10?

I just got one of the new production ones and it is AUS-10. Very nice. Although Im not crazy about the partial serrations. I plan on sending mine to have it decorated. It will be a nice dress-up knife. It also feels the most secure of all the stainless handled Spydercos. In my opinion of course.

I agree about the serrations. I think that is the only reason I haven't already jumped at it. I have every other type (well, the lightweight and the BladeForums) of Native, and continually am amazed at how good they feel in the hand. And cut, of course. I just cringe every time I think about serrations, though.

Just can't quite seem to get off TDC!

The Native... truly the sweetest knife made.

I had to return mine long ago because of side blade play and was told that the SS native's had alot of problem's and many had been returned, and they did not know when they would receive more. So I guess that the new one's are out now? I have the zytel model, but I am fond of the SS Native and would like to replace it.
