I just bought a tactical folder in d2 steel. It has nylon bushings(wish they were bronze). My question is will a little lube help help the bushings from wearing or harm them since they are nylon?

Neither. The washers are fine as they are. They are used in many folders and perform as well as metal. Lubrication will help with smoothness of operation and it won't hurt the nylon.
