Question on the "Factory" Stamp

My first question is this.
The (as I think it) Factory mark on the blade, just above the curve, does that mean BirGorkha factory? If not...what does it mean?

I also noticed, on the only clear pict (or the first one I payed atention to ) thanks to HollowDweller, that the Vilage Khuks seem to have a diferent "factory mark". Is it actualy a diferent mark? Or am I just seeing things? If it is a diferent mark..again what does it mean?

Noticed that too now that you mention it. The characters are different. Looked at a Ghurka House khuk that I have and the one character is the same on it and the villager. Some interpretation may be needed. Don't have a pic though.

If i'm not mistaken, the symbols on a fully finished product are an abriv. for "H.I.". The symbols on a roughly finished villager are an abriv for "B.G." for BirGorka. Once again, i could totally be wrong i'm sure the real khuk experts will show up soon to set it straight.

That makes sense. The character that is the same on both HI and "other" would probably be the Gorka part. Thanks Uncle.
