Bad news for me boys-Buck fever has taken hold.

I just got a 532 with Elk scales from Bass Pro. Beautiful knife. Really nice, and a great size.

The website says it's a limited edition of 250 knives. The knife itself has no numbering on the blade, so I'm wondering if this is in fact a limited edition for Bass Pro, or if some editions are not numbered, or if it an open stock item( with the website in error). I'm assuming it is a special Bass Pro run.

In any case, it really is a nice one.

And there's no pics of it??? None in existence???

Bass Pro has the web page hidden??? So no prying eyes can see it???

<sigh> :(

OK!!! Here it is!!!

The price is good; Nickel Silver bolsters; Elk scales; has the anvil tang stamp - special order. I'd guess it's not a numbered series because they just ordered 250 like that; no special logos, no really special features.

Gmountain - is there any marking on the other side of the blade???

I want one. ;)

 ...Think the 110's and 112's are addicting Trax?...Wait til you get this one...LOL...It's the next purchase I'm gonna make as well...( as soon as the female raptor who lives here enters her "calm" stage )...LMAO... :D

Sorry-I guess I should have put a picture up. The Blade just says Buck, anvil, and Custom, USA. Nothing on the reverse. It does have the file work. The elk scales are beautiful.

Bass Pro has sold a number of these custom 532s. I have one in African black wood, one in elk and my personal fav in ram’s horn. They are all sweet and, I believe, all limited editions. I have seen older ones on eBay in mastodon and abalone. I think the 532 is every bit as nice as the 110, just different, more dressy, less hiking across Africa.
