Question regarding an Esee 4

I have a quick question about the grind on my esee 4. I just got it for christmas and noticed that the grind is way off center. The front side of the edge is much more dominant than the back side. Almost like a chisel grind. Is this how it's suppose to be or do I need to exchange it for one with a proper grind?
 
Its not how its supposed to be, but its probably within "spec". Itll be easier to sharpen out then send it in, or find someone to sharpen it for you.
 
I contacted the place where I bought it, I'm hoping they'll just exchange it. If not i'll contact esee. I really like the knife, the look and feel is great. But if I'm spending 85 bucks on a knife I want the grind to be atleast sorta even lol. On a side note my Junglas came perfect, it's a beast!
 
If the store wont replace Jeff and Mike most certainly will, and no all my ESEE knives came with perfect grinds and it shouldnt be how you discribed.
