Question regarding feedback score

Hi Folks,

I am curious about something. I have 16 positive feedbacks, but my feedback score is only 14. I am confused. Can anyone please explain this to me? Thank you!

Each person's feedback only counts once.... so dealing with the same people in subsequent transactions will not increase your score. (In other words, if you and I - for example - had 3 separate transactions, and left feedback for each one, all three would show up in the feedback history... but only the first would count toward the trader rating)
