Question regarding rust under handles

Do satin-finished blades tend to get very rusty under the handles?

I know that can depend on a few factors, so assuming a low humidity environment and minimal exposure to moisture (meaning it's not left in the rain or dropped in a lake) how concerned should I be about rust on the tang?

handles from Busse are on very tight! INFI in satin is very rust resistant! i would never let it worry me! No Worries!!!

+1 to what Jeremy said. The only ones I've seen rust under hte handles are the competition finish Busses. I've had an AD variant for quite a while going through wet weather, dirt, mud, hot baths. It's mint, with the exception of scratches from the kydex sheaths. The Busse satin is impressive stuff.

I wouldn't be worried about rust getting under the handles of satin finished INFI unless the knife was subjected to very humid environments (like, say, dumped in a river).
