Question: swapping presentation side scales among two 21? Anything to observe?

If I would take lets say a plain Jane 21 with damascus blade and a CGG 21 with of course standard s35vn blade, could I simply put the CGG presentation scale with the graphics on my plain Jane w. damascus blade?

I understand that swapping blades is most likely not that simple, as the lockbar scale and the blade need to match perfectly. But if I leave the blade and the lockbar side together and just replacing the presentation scale, will this have some impact on the functionality/smoothness of the knife?

Yep, no problem. I have done so in the past with CRK's within my collection. CRK will even make a custom UG scale for say a 21 and you can put it on any 21 you have.
