Question: Vix 91mm plus ballpoint pen

On Victorinox 91mm "plus" knives (e.g. Explorer plus) where does the ballpoint ink pen go? Do you have to sacrifice toothpick or tweezers to carry it?
 
No, there is an additional slot in the plus scales for the pen, you keep the other tools: toothpick and tweezers.

As almost everything in life: it depends.
I have bought in the past replacement plus scales, but since I do not use the pen that much probably will not buy them today.
Is just a preference.
