Maybe you should remove the handle scales......
Underneath you can find your knifenumber
I found out because of a makeover of my Mud Razor. I removed the coating and now I want to get it a nice satin finish. When the handles came off I saw MR 37 "written" on the INFI. MR37 was also written on the inside of the micarta scales.
