So sent my 21 back to CRK this afternoon. Was wandering if I should email them the tracking #. Also what is the normal work time this time of the year? The nice lady told me 4-8 weeks

You should get a courtesy email when it arrives, mine has been there now at least 4 weeks so I expect that number to be accurate.
