I got banned for posting links to my YouTube channel. I’m not out to make money or get subscribers or just post click bait. I make those videos just for fun, for anybody to watch. I find it strange that someone who is posting content designed to promote discussion and not themselves, should be banned from a forum that promotes the very thing I’m being banned for.
So my question is if I post a couple of videos a week is that going to put admins nose out of joint?
 
What I remember of you (after scrolling through some of your posts) was that your primary content was your videos...that isn't generating discussion, it's diverting traffic. In at least one case, you posted a video with a comment to the effect of "this guy got it right" - which certainly gave the appearance that you were doing nothing more than trying to generate clicks and promote your videos.

My suggestion - assuming it was a temporary ban, and you are currently in good standing here - is to review the rules, then have a discussion with the moderator that banned you to find out what is acceptable.
