Question

First off, I am very sorry to hear about your health issues :-(
If you’re looking to get rid of a lot of things quick, but for less money, check out Arizona custom knives, they sell your knife (and give you like 2/3 of the value, I’m guessing) and you don’t have to worry about anything except getting a bank deposit when they sell.

Or, you could sell them on here, and get more money for them, but you’d have to post pics/threads in the WTB/WTS forums.
I’m sure ACK will want to see pictures also, and they may not be interested in certain things. Maybe your grandchildren will help you out with taking pics, etc…and you could cut them in on some profits…?

Arizona Custom Knives will consign the knives and take 25% of the sale value, not 1/3. It is a good option. There are also individuals who will buy entire collections and auction them off, like Bruce Voyles.

So sorry to hear that. An option might be to check with licensed agencies that specialize in house clearances and disposal of properties.

I hope you find a solution; the good folks on this forum here will give you the best advice.

Sorry to hear about your situation.

Perhaps just stop worrying about converting your property into cash and focus on yourself a bit more.

Let your grandkids know that your collection is valuable, point out the most valuable ones, then let them worry about it.

Take care.

So sorry to hear about your condition and wish you the best. I can back up Arizona Custom Knives, I have used them before and it was as a breeze. The only thing is, that they are much better suited for more expensive knives (like $300+ in value), so if your collection is made up of more inexpensive knives, you might be better off finding an individual who would buy the whole lot.

I wish you the best man!
Possibly change the title..I just saw"question" an had no idea what I was walkin in on..

I'm sorry to hear about your condition and wish you the best. Stay strong in the time you have left.

For what it’s worth I am truly sorry about your situation, I hope everything will work out for the better. I wish you and your family/friends the best.

miguet miguet my friend from Guam, I am so sorry to hear about this and wish you the best in your time remaining.

I would probably do a rudimentary "is this a good/collectible" knife or a "user/lesser value" knife.

Collectibles/worthy knives go on here, or to an auction/consignment place. The rest go into similar groups (groups of Case, groups of OTF, groups of Benchmades etc) and get sold in bulk, either on here or another "platform".

Anything I can help you with, please reach out... we're here for you.

Edit: I think if you group and price them right, the bulk ones will go pretty damn quick.

I'm sorry about that, and I hope for the best for you and your family.
Tell your family your concerned with getting them the money from your collection and then forget about it. Give them some of it, they will appreciate that more than money. Give them your time. Just live to the fullest extent and don't sweat the small stuff.

I'm Really sorry to hear that you have kidney cancer. I don't really know the best way to sell a bunch of knives. But as someone that has been fighting high grade kidney cancer since July of 21. I will say don't wast your time and energy on chemotherapy. It doesn't work well on his type of cancer. What does seem to work is Imunotheropy. That is my experience, and what I have been reading in the magazines, in my oncologist's waiting room. There is hope. kidney cancer isn't always the death sentence it used to be. I am praying for you.

O.B.
