Dan,

I have called and left messages on your voice mail and haven't heard from you. In my thread DAN, PLEASE..., I have asked that you send my $250 deposit back since there were some issues with getting my order handled. I asked for the deposit to be returned on August 12 -- It's now Sept. 13 and I still have not received it. On several occasions you have posted to the thread mentioned above that you were putting it in the mail. I don't understand why it hasn't arrived.

Please return my call and send the $250. Surely you don't think it is okay to just keep it.

It's been two more weeks. I haven't heard from you in response to either my voice mails or emails. Have you had an opportunity to get the $250 in the mail? It's been nearly two months since we started this....

If you don't intend to send the refund back, just go ahead and let me know. I'll look forward to you responding to this post.

I left you another voice mail just minutes ago. How about giving me a call back. You need to come clean and let's settle this issue. You have $250 of mine and seem to be unwilling to return it. We are now over two months with this thing. I don't understand your refusal to respond to me. I left my phone number on the voice mail. Give me a call, please.

There ceratinly appears to be some miss communication issues over here. I know Dan is a very busy guy, maybe he needs a to get himself a nice little secretary to take care of the communication end !

I'll be happy to stop posting (or as you say spamming). It's not what I ever wanted to do, but we just couldn't seem to communicate.

I will expect the check in the next few days.

Our situation is still unresolved - as you fully know. I have attempted to contact you at least 5 times in the past few days. I left voice mails and emails. I haven't heard from you. Please contact me concerning the refund.

post # 2.. back on 24 August 2009.... Dan said the check to you was in the mail that day.

But then I read in post # 5, 31 August 2009 where Dan said he would get the refund in the mail to you ASAP.

I am really confused, I thought it was sent 24 August.

Today, you state you still don't have it after all this time???? :confused::confused::confused:


Yet on 30 September 2009.... in post #7 of this thread you are accused of spamming????

I find that an odd statement.

In addition, you are asked not to post again until you receive the refund that is again "in an envelope headed your way". Seems as of 30 September 2009.

So, that is three refunds that have been sent to you according to what has been posted by Dan.

How many refunds did you have coming pb??? ;)

This perplexes me because I have been following this.
I have a simple yes or no question for each of you....

plowboy----- Have you received any or all of the three refunds Dan says he has sent to you?

Dan------ Have you sent these three refunds as you have stated?

I hope to hear from you both so my confusion can be ended. :thumbup:

Don't hold your breath, Plow Boy. "Too much to do, too little time" just doesn't get it. If he has time to pay his bills and creditors then he has time to refund your deposit.

Good luck but I think you just wasted some postage.
 
I got your letter.

A scanned copy of the money order sent back will be posted here tomorrow.
