What steel does Grohmann use on it's #1 knife?

According to the website it is high cardbon stainess or regular high carbon. My guess would be 1095 or 1055. Both are really good steels when treated correctly.
That #1, looks awesome.

The carbon belt knives are made from a C70-type european carbon steel

C70 is the same as American 1070.
