I have been unemployed for some time now and am my wits end on how to get some income until I get a job (who knows how long that will be). I was wondering if anybody has any experience or knowledge with selling the Frost Cutlery dealer sets at a flea market or other venue. I know all about Frost so i am not looking for feedback on the quality of the knives, I simply want to know if I were to purchase a dealer set would I be able to make some money off of it at a flea market or other avenue. please advise me. I normally would not set out to try and sell the knives, but i am in need of money and am looking at all avenues to make some income. thank you for your advise.

Personally, I wouldn't buy such a set in order to 'flip' it. If you already have a set, you might want to try on online vendor site like eBay. You may get a bit more cash in a bidding scenario. You also have the option of breaking up the set and selling off by the piece.

It may not be easy, though...

Good luck! :)

I would also look at bulk srm orders from exoduct. Slightly higher quality stuff. Make ebay and Craigslist your friend there too.

Thanks for the advice. I actually do plan to sell it piece by piece. My only concern is I don't want to be stuck with knives that nobody will want.

My GF's ex-husband makes decent money selling knives at a flea market in the Santa Cruz area. He tends to buy bulk in knives like Boker Magnums and other "decent" but very cheap to buy knives.
