Questions about buying my first kmg grinder.

I think I have an idea of what I need to hook up a motor to a kmg, just want to make sure I have everything ready for when I pick up my grinder. I know this is not the ideal setup but my budget is EXTREMELY tight and will be for the next few months. I can't afford a vfd and want to get grinding.
If I buy a kmg and hook it up to my existing motor I'll just need a 2,3,4" pulley for both the drive wheel and for the motor shaft? Then a belt to connect the two. I just don't want to get home and realize I need to buy bearings or anything else.
I tried to call Beaumont metal but there's no voicemail and I can never reach anyone by phone.
Any help is appreciated.

That is all you need. The shaft is 3/4", so make sure the pulleys are that size. Get the best belt you can. It makes a difference in sound and vibration. The link belts are really great.
