Questions about lefty Emersons

I've got a few quick questions about the left handed models of Emersons - specifically the CQC-7.

Is the liner lock reversed on the lefty version? Is the chisel grind on the same side as the righty (I'd actually prefer it that way). Is the lefty CQC-7 available as a plain edge without the wave? I checked Emerson's website but I'm not entirely familiar with their product coding and it shows all the leftys as sold out anyway.

Speaking of Emerson's website, are they the only place that stocks the lefty versions? I checked around the usual online knife stores and didn't see the lefty version on their website at all. Are these a special order type deal or will Emerson eventually have a stock of leftys available?

The lefty knives are still ground on the same side as the right handed knives, it's the just the handle that's "reversed".
I don't know for sure about blade configurations but I would presume you can get a plain edge, I'm not sure about a waveless knife though.

The left hand knives tend to be the "standard" models as well. I have only seen LH 7s and Commanders IIRC. It might be worth asking of you want a differnt knife but any one who knows EKI will know the aswer is no.:p

For what it is worth, and YMMV, I find the RH Emersons *very* easy to open and unlock as a mostly-lefty. If you can try before you buy, you might be surprised. And just to say it again, YMMV.
