Hello All,
I have a couple questions about sharpening stones:
1. I have an 11" DMT diasharp extra fine that is now broken it fairly well. But the abrasive is next to unnoticeable to the touch, and the surface has a very irregular appearance. Is this "normal"?
2. I broke in a few diamond stones by cleaning an old Spyderco fine bench stone. This seemed to really smooth out the diamond stone while also getting the Spyderco back to snow white. Is there any danger in doing this to the diamond stones?
Thanks,
John
