I bought the Buck 112 Ranger and 110 Hunter on sale at a 20% discount from a mom-and-pop gift shop in West Virginia. The lockblades come with black leather sheaths.

The sheaths are okay (not as well made as the Schrade tan leather sheaths, mind you), but I really would like nylon sheaths for both knives.

If anyone knows where I can purchase online quality nylon sheaths with velcro closures for the Buck 110 and 112, please let me know.

I have some people checking on where to get these sheaths. If all else fails you can order from us.

Nice to see someone of Mr. Buck's standing visiting the Forums!
His post exemplifies Buck's attitude towards customer service.

Wow, is that THE Chuck Buck? I AM impressed. That's like having the CIO visit the staff programmers in their cubicles.

CJ Buck is Chuck Buck's son. CJ is the president of Buck Knives, Inc. and has held that position for a few years. CJ is one of those people the knife business needs more of. He likes hunting and outdoor sports and USES the knives made by his company in real world conditions, the same as if it were you or me!! The cutlery industry desperately needs executives who are more than businessmen. Knife people understand knives. CJ has personally found certain knife models made by Buck to need "tweaked" and has seen to it that the knife was improved.
It is no surprise to those of us who know the Buck family that CJ monitors this forum. They take customer feedback very seriously.

Craig,
If you don't mind, send me an email with what you want and I will locate it for you. Email works better because i would hate for you to call the store directly and have to leave a message.
Take care,

Chuck, CJ, Joe Houser, they are all examples of people who believe in what they do and understand the value of satisfied customers, Not only does the knife industry need more people like them, ALL industries need more people like them.

Buck Knives earned my support and loyalty a long time ago. I'll keep coming back.
