Questions about the Cold Steel Lucky

I'd appreciate hearing any thoughts about the Cold Steel Lucky and the Lucky One from anybody who has used either one of them: how is the pull? How is the walk and talk? Does it have half stops? How good a slicer is it? How is it in hand? Etc?

And a less use-specific question: who makes it? I see it's marked 'Italy' on the blade, but does anyone know which manufacturer in Italy makes it?

I have one, it's fantastic for the price, full carbon handle and thin slicey s35vn blade for $40. good pull and walk and talk, yes it has a half stop. Only thing i didnt like about it was the shiny clip so I acidwashed it to blend in with the carbon better.
