questions about the dog father and how to carry

Alrighty im going to have enough money to buy a dog father le so i i want to know what a reasonable price is to pay for one new or slightly used. And how do you carry your big knives in the field/outdoors.

Bets way to carry a knife of this size is strapped to the side of a pack, or carried on a sling/baldrick.

The last DFLEs went for little over 200$, so if you can find one for that price, go get it!

I have a Scrap Yard (DF) as well as a (FBM) from Busse. And I chose to go with a Low slung Rig with both. That is for off the belt carry. Both Rigs (Okuden/Kydex & Armoralleather/Dangler) attach to my Maxpedition BP with ease! Congrats on the Dogfather! You will Love it!!! ~baba~

You may want to check out Mike Sastre's Southern Comfort system in case you like your Dogfather LE so much that leaving it at home is too painful.
