Questions about the Lars Enander (Gransfors-Bruks) Prairie and/or Dakota tomahawks

Greetings everyone.

I'm looking at purchasing the Lars Enander (Gransfors-Bruks) Prairie and/or Dakota tomahawks.

The Dakota

The Prairie


I am looking for opinions on their:

1) Cutting ability

2) Throwing ability

3) Use as a fighting hawk

4) Overall quality of the hawk

I imagine that their overall quality is good, but would love to hear from folks who have actually used them.

Any input or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Gransfors Bruks Prairie Tomahawk
This one looks the better of the two
the dakota just don't look right with the sweep on the blade
all the Gransfors Bruks axe's are very good quality but I would have to say no to both based on the price I think they are over priced for what they are compared to there other stuff for that kind of price you could get better hand forged hawk's
