I was interested in both the 0600 and the 560cf. The only place that seems to be allowing pre-orders is the knifecenter, but I heard that they tend to take more pre-orders than are available. Would it be a bad idea to order from the knifecenter? Did the other places just sell out so early that they are no longer offering pre-orders?
As a side note, does anybody know anything about the performance characteristics of b75p? I know that Spyderco made a mule run of it, but I can't find any feedback.
