Hi, I just signed up for a basic membership on 9-9-16 but decided that I wanted to upgrade to a gold membership. I wanted to know if there was any way I could upgrade to the gold membership since the account is fairly new and just pay the $15.00 difference between the two costs of the memberships. I did contact a Mod a few days ago but haven't heard back and unfortunately didn't copy it to myself so I do not who I pm'd, which is another reason I want to upgrade because of the limited access and messages. If someone can help me or steer me in the right direction I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Sure you can! Just purchase the new membership level that you'd like, then click here to post a thread in Service & Support stating that you need your membership pro-rated. We'll cancel your old membership and pro-rate the remaining time onto the end of your new one.
