I'm trying to determine the height of the blade on the Condor Varan but can't seem to find it anywhere. If you can point me to the info or if you have one and can measure it for me, I'd appreciate it.
I find it a little odd that the specifications put out for most knives always contain the blade length and overall length, usually the weight and the blade width or thickness, but across manufacturers they rarely include the height of the knife. Maybe it's not quite as important but if they have every other dimension, I just can't figure out why they wouldn't include it. Anybody have some insights on this?
For me, I'm just interested in using the sheath for another knife that is about 1.75 inches across. I was looking at the Spec-Ops long sheath but from what I've read around here, that isn't going to work. I may just have to go custom but if you know of other production sheath suggestions for an 8 inch knife, I'd like to hear them.
