Questions on the Civilian

Heyz folks,
Just needed to find out something...how rare is the Civilian in this configuration: [Plain Edge],[aluminium handle],[kraton inserts]...
please let me know...details such as: production numbers?...rough estimate time of production?...estimated value now?...

PE Tuffram coated aluminium handled Civilian (all Al handled Civilians did have karton inserts) is rare. 300 were made. If my memory serves well my civvy was made -93 so they were made early/mid 90's. There were also clear (no tuffram) Al handled PE civilians but I don't know how many were made - rumor says that about 30 (these preceded tuffram civilians). Price varies but prices that I've seen have been around 300 US$.
